You're not too overweight, just work out.
All I can say is, if you aren't happy with yourself, then doing something about it, you have the power to change.
Eat Less + Exercise More = Profit???
Cardio, it will speed up your metabolism. But the most important thing is to fix your diet, that will definitely help in losing weight. Eat less calories than you consume.
