As I've said, you cannot suggest something to someone that's totally based upon personal opinion, you say MyBB but why, because it's one of the most easiest options of control.
I prefer MyBB. It's quick, efficient, and easy to customize.
I wont suggest you any specific one but I would advise you not to use IPboard , it's annoying .
Use MyBB its free and fully customizable.
