Everytime I start up my laptop without fail, it loads up windows fine but once the desktop appears it freezes up within a minute. The screen goes a bluey colour and then the blue screen appear which freezes as well and the only way I can turn it off is with a hard reset. Not only does this happen most of the time when I boot up my laptop the screen is already blurry and the screen is devived up into 8 or 9 sections

I have posted an image of it here

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have also posted another pic of how the screen looks as soon as I turn the laptop here

CPU is fried or gpu..

Is the fan working?
I would reformat and if it is still messed up this way, its most likely a hardware issue.
Try reinstalling your OS.
Reformatting will do nothing for a hardware problem.

You can try reinstalling your OS, or look into a new motherboard.
Looks like an issue with the graphics card. Also it seems like the inverter was faulty from when you first bought it.

It's not a CPU issue, if it was "fried" or burnt out the laptop wouldn't even load. Look at the inverter for now and the graphics card.
Proably your GPU . or a problem with the display i.e LCD screen
Looks like you have a fried GPU, try reinstalling the drivers.
Ignore the comments telling you to reformat your computer, does this issue occur whilst running your computer in safe mode or the last known good configuration?
After viewing the second pic, I feel even stronger that you have a GPU issue.
However don't count out an OS problem or even CPU.
