Very easy solution, just get yourself a compressor and it will be fixed.

My laptop do the same. I use a cooling pad. it works perfectly!

1st clean the fans
2nd buy a laptop cooler http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002NU5...00_details I use this one its pretty good

Get a cooling mat & don't keep it plugged into the charger too much. For me, the charger overheats my laptop pretty fast.
