You're really better off money wise buying the parts and building your own.

That could be a good idea. Also, get a corsair PSU, nit a cooler master one. Cooler master is not as high quality.
Definitely go the individual part route and then buy your own. Try websites like Newegg or Tigerdirect.
However cyberpowerpc.com is a good way to get an overall idea of all the parts you will need.
