It's just people giving people advise, they didn't signup saying they're specialists. They're just active in the Emotional Sections.

For the last time. SF Mentors and SF Reviews IN MY OPINION are the only groups to take into consideration of making them official.

They're specialist because they specialize in giving advise in the Emotional Support section.
And although I respect that what you say is your opinion, I don't think many people here will share the same view.
I feel you overlooked the most important part of my previous post, which was:

"Yes the user bar is some what of a label, but why is that a bad thing? If I registered to a forum, needed some emotional support, and saw that there was a team dedicated to helping me with my problems, I'd feel a lot more comfortable with seeking advice."
