Up until now I've been using iconfinder, it's pretty good too but the problem with it is that there aren't really that many.

I've hardly used this icon finder but from the previews it looks pretty slick, I'll be downloading this later, thanks for the share

http://findicons.com/ has way more than Icon Finder.

It's got nearly the same layout than iconfinder so it's easy to navigate.
