Where do you get these faceless people that omni has on his forums?

I have a special icon set I found years ago that's awesome. It has a couple thousands PNG's. I think I actually bought it come to think of it.

There are various sites that you can find similar images.

I don't know the exact site that Omniscient uses but take a look at these;

They are of a similar kind.
