Alright, so I seemed to stumble across bugsys thread and found this awesome tool named Perfmon /report. I run it, and get a nice warning about my device. Here is a screenshot below:

And this is a part of the Plug and Play classes, which is completely strange to me. Anybody want to help? I went to device manager, I had no updates for any drivers. Please help.
Go to the device's website and look for an updated driver there.

I did, and I put more information in the original post, Nemmy.

No, you said you checked for a driver update through your device manager. Going to the manufacturer's website and looking for an updated driver there is completely different.
EDIT: Nemmy, I am creating a system image on my XHD, then I will uninstall the driver, reboot and see what happens if I need to restore my computer back with the back up or continue with a better computer without a bad driver lingering onto my memory.

Can you help me find it? I can't seem to find it anywhere on Arcsoft.com

Check this out, it was hidden. What should I do?

Should I go by this, Nemmy?

What exactly is the device you're trying to connect?
Tell me everything you know about it, for example, name, model, manufacturer, etc.

I fixed it Nemmy, I uninstalled the most useless piece of legacy hardware.
Thanks though.
