1. The cleaning process is not instant. Logs can take some time to research, so please be patient with me. I know that you need your computer working as quickly as possible, and I will work hard to help see that happen.
   
2. Please do not create any new thread on this matter as it will waste another volunteer's time.
   
3. Please do not install any new software unless instructed by me, as it will hinder our process.
   
4. If you have any hacking tools that may get removed during any of the scans, it is not my responsibility to bring them back.
   
5. When following my instructions, you are to save your work and close other windows and only have the tool running so that it runs unhindered and efficiently.
   

Unless you already have it skip to step 4.

2• Next easily and simply run through the Set-Up after clicking the setup application

3• After set-up, it may want you to restart, if so, do so. If not, skip this step.

4• Now after that restart, you would want to go to the Desktop or your Taskbar (where the time and date are located), double-click the "M" icon.

5• Bypass User Account Control Confirmation, and open up MalwareBytes'.

6.5 Use one of the following Licenses to Register Mbam, fully for ultimate protection; the register button is below the form.

6• Update the virus database under the Update tab above the form and let it download.

7• After download, go to the Scanner tab above the form and hit Perform full scan.

8• Select the drives that you may want to scan/you believe you are having problems with.

9• After the scan check the log and if you see the results and they look like this:
