A few pieces of toast and a glass of OJ. Pretty much it.
Haha, I don't eat breakfast, I'm never hungry in the mornings :S
I had some cereal and milk.
Nothing special. A crepe.
I had some hot chocolate with pennut butter and bread..
I eat egg's with bread and also a cup of yogurt and have some juice....
That's yummy one .... Really sounds good to me....
I take these things in my breakfast, Whole grains like
Rolls, bagels, cereals, low fat bran muffins, crackers, or Melba toast.
Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs.
Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses.
This breakfast provide me complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein and a small amount of fat.
Fruity Pebbles, that's how I do.
2 donuts and milk ... i feel large
Salad sandwich with orange juice.
