Rate my new signature on a scale of one through ten.

1/10 it's really bad, sorry.
2/10 if you had the text by itself.

I would rate it 7.5/10, i don't like the text style. You should add more light colors and change the font. Anyway good job, keep working.

No he's not, your sig is horrible. If you're asking for a rating expect people to be honest.

He was just being honest mate. It's not a very good signature. If everybody told you it looked amazing you would never improve.
I highly recommend that you look through some basic signature tutorials. They'll help you out a lot.
