I've recently gained administrative privileges on this phpBB forum and would like to improve upon it.

I'm completely new to such management, and I'd like to focus of just the organization/features for now. Look/theme can come later.

I personally say looks can come first. You should get a nice theme before anything else.

For me, it's kinda boring for the theme is ultra common.
Add more graphics and change the layout.

What exactly is the forum about? Cos it's very hard to tell. also add graphics
