Anyone here do parkour/free running?
I love doing parkour at school heaps fun!
yeah me, i practice every day
I used to practice it with my friends, but I gave up because I lost interest and it got really hard once we tried doing harder things. Parkour would really help in some real life situations though, it's a nice thing to learn.
I've seen a 100 videos on youtube...really fancy to do that..but.well..nevermind..(physical inability)
I am practicing parkour and free running almost every day, it's really cool to do parkour.
Yep. I'm a parkour kind of a dude, I prefer free running more than parkour but that's just me lol.
I can do it, and I like watching videos; but don't practice it or consider it a hobby.
What protein shakes do you guys have?

I do parkour
