It's not malicious, and it's not illegal or any type of hacking material, it should be allowed here. You can't do a lot of damage with a spammer anywhere really. "Malicious" has a whole different definition if you look it up.

It probably won't get removed or it would have been removed or closed a while ago in my opinion. There's nothing about this that breaks the rules from what I can see though.

That's what i've been trying to say. Nothing illegal, nothing malicious, and it's not something you'd use to hack into anything.
