I'm having trouble integrating TCadmin with WHMCS. I'm trying to make it to where once a user pays for their invoice, the user account on TCadmin iscreated and the server is provisioned. How can this be done?

Making a GSP are you now? Not sure how, but I'd fine someone who has a GSP and ask them personally.

Search for WHMCS module of TCadmin, maybe you'll find one. If not, then create a module of use the API of both.
