When I was younger I used to get panic attacks when I was going to bed the day before I had to go do something. I had problems sleeping and I psyche myself into thinking that I wasn't going to be able to ever sleep again. At 8, this scared me to death. I would sit in bed literally shaking, sweating, and then walking around the house trying to tire myself out.
I doubt this story means much to you, and I'm sorry I used your thread to express my problems. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's all psychological and the best way around it is just to try and ignore it. If somebody's bothering you forget about them for a while, or if you're frustrated do something else for a little while.
And if you're curious, I took meds to fix my problems, I don't think they could help in your situation..
