I imagine trying to sit on a chair with two legs
I would agree lol, he almost looks like a spin top. Maybe you could give him small boots?

Nah his feet are intentionally like that. Boot's wouldn't fit the characters personality.

Maybe add an extra 2 legs or slim down the suit? The bottom part is bothering me a lot.

Extra 2 legs lol?

The bottom will be slightly slimmer but not much.

I think he means his legs clash with his body :p
I've done some updates on the character and added them to the original post.

Note that I still need to weight some of the characters bones, so there are parts that look quite strange.
I also still need to make the eyes movable, and allow him to blink.

The character is fully rigged though, so as soon as I weight it, and rig the eyes, it will be completely finished & ready to animate.
