Do I dag them in or copy/paste them?

That's basically it, just use the address of the picture in that format.

What if the picture is on my computer? Here is the location

file://localhost/C:/Users/Sandi/Desktop/Help.GIF

Upload them to an image hosting site like ImageShack or TinyPic

Those are what I use, anyways.

You upload it to imageshack.us.

upload it to any image hosting site

example : www.http://www.freeimagehosting.net/

then choose any photo and click upload ....there will be man links ....the seconf link for posting in the forum..copy the whole link.
