For me adsense is the only way that work. Never tried CPALEAD but will try it as i have also listened that its the best way to earn.
From what i've heard, CPA lead is the top way to make money online now-a-days. However, it involves a fair amount of setup and upkeep. So if you're not looking for that, I suggest Adsense or Sharecash.
Definitely E-whore and Adf.ly
Affiliate marketing or creating your own idea. CPAlead is okay.

Well like some other people have said, it all depends on what your good at. Personally I'm good at finding things that will urge people enough to where they do a survey for what I have to offer (ex: Sharecash, Uploadables, etc...).
