Would it be against the rules on SF, if I posted a thread on how to upload a proxy to a website?

I don't know what you mean, but if it's illegal/malicious, then yes it would be against the rules. Otherwise feel free to post it.

As in, how to actually host a proxy script? It depends, like Omni and Fragma said.

Like websites you use to bypass sites at school?
As Omniscient said, it doesn't seem to be something against the rules. I personally would love to read through the tutorial, so if you're permitted to do so please let me know when it's published!
