But this will defeat the whole purpose of posting in this section, but I do agree.
Unfortunately, depression is getting more and more common. What are your symptoms? What have you done so far? Coming from Europe i know from a cople of colleagues here who are also from europe that there is a different type of treatment here. Finding the right treatment does take time and therapy can be something to try if you have not already to get to the source of your depression. Depression is often a chemical imbalance and sometimes medicine is needed in combination with therapy to start sorting this out. if you ever feel really really love, please call lifeline who can help or seek emergency help. Having a gf, hobbie and pushing this feeling you have aside may help short term but you will start to feel extreme mood swings in my view. One of the most important and powerful things to do i have been told is to walk 20 to 30 minutes a day through a forest or even along the beach to calm the senses. Hopefully you are not closing yourself inside and it is not easy to do when you feel very low but hopefully you have friends and family who can help support you to physically get you out. What have you tried? Do you know the source of the issue? keep us posted buddy and I shall do my best to try and help you. Take care
