I'm currently using an ASUS X5DIJ-SX536V 15.6" Laptop.
Specifications:
Operating System: Windows 7.
RAM: 4 GB.
HDD: 500 GB.
It does everything that I need it to do with very minimal problems, if any at all. I am not a PC gamer so I don't need to have the fanciest of hardware components installed.
I also use a Dell Inspiron 1525 15.4" Laptop for simple tasks such as browsing the Internet.
Specifications:
Operating System: Windows Vista.
RAM: 1 GB.
HDD: 160 GB.
Yet again, it does everything that I need it to do with very minimal problems. When I need to do tasks which need more system resources, I move back on to the ASUS Laptop.
The rest of my computer systems aren't really worth mentioning.

I keep seeing people Dells and I feelbad for all of you, lol.
I have an HP DV6 series, I think it's from '09. I don't know, I like it. 3G ram, weird, I know, and a 250G HD with 1 TB external. Only has an i3 though :/ I just download music and movies and stream to my TV. I'm not much of a gamer.
I'm also getting a new laptop in the fall from school for free (not really, lol), it's a 2010 IBM Lenovo Thinkpad, with either an i5 or an i7. Pretty pumped.
