For some reason, when I go for runs in cold weather (-5 degrees)
my chest hurts and feels cold. I'm not quite sure how to fix this,
i've been running since last year and I havent faced this problem.
I don't really wanna stop running just because it's cold outside.

Any help is appreciated Oui
You really should not be running in weather that cold.
It could burst blood vessels in the back of your throat.
Cold weather does bad things to the human body.
There are other cardio exercises you can do inside.
If you're willing to spend, get a membership in the local gym.
Wear proper thermal running vests to keep you warm.
I have two lycra vests for running, one for warm weather and one for cold weather.
The air is thin when it is cold out, bringing cold air into such a warm environment ( Your body ).
It can cause some harm, like Locke said.

Off topic : Locke, he's my favorite character in Lost. Big Grin
Lol, -5 isn't anywhere near cold enough to harm your blood vessels in your throat.

It's simply the temperature difference, if it bothers you a lot then try running indoors I guess.
Weird that you get chest pain in only -5 degrees... I think you should do like Untouch said.
Well I was in a tshirt and shorts, so that might contribute to it hurting a bit ahah.
Yea I will probably look into doing indoor workouts. I only need to workout my abs currently,
my upper body strength is pretty good.
Not good to run in weather that cold.

You must live in a nice place if you think that's cold.
