What has happened.I'm not able to give any reputation .Is it disabled.

Might be my fault I overloaded the system with hate reps lol.

I am not able to give.When I click on the rate button ..no page opens as usually it opens..and today I haven't given any +rep or -rep or neutral.

I'm not sure then, have you tried deleting cookies ect?
