1.My issues are:
My windows has become ungenuine. My computer has been going slow, i keep getting these java update pop-ups (presuming im a victim of java drive by) I am indeed infected because looking at my host files multiple virus scan websites are blocked as well as hackforums.net

Issues encountered: Have had problems connecting to websites as well as constant java update pop ups

Looks like you were updating flash or something at the time you did the logs?
Why not just mscofig then prevent most from startup.
Then safe mode in and scan and delete?
Prob will have to delete all system restore points to.

i wasnt updating anything at all

Managed to edit my host file so i am also doing this on hackforumns which has more requirements
