I was inactive from 11-08-2010 to 01-25-2011, due to ISP negotiations. Before that, I was active as a normal and staff member.
New members usually have a period of intense activity, but that intensity does depend on the topic and promptness of responses from other members. Older members also go through phases, depending on other activities.
Your posts are fine.

That's true, there's always new projects that may come along, especially for me, but i've still taken the time to keep lots of my activity on SF because of my respect for the community. I've seen members that haven't been here for a while starting to come back with more contributions as well.
We need more members on the site so it can be active again or a email to all the users.

Rules of knowledge for being a forum admin. Don't beg for activity. That would mean that an email isn't necessary. But you could go about it in other ways too. Emails are sometimes used for site updates, but we would need something worthy of being sent out to everyone first other than "Become active on my forum again"
That won't guarantee activity though.
I might refer some of my threads to this forum and hopefully it will become active again.
In the middle. Sometimes I'm active and other times I'm inactive.
I just made my account, but I plan to stay active. ;)
I am active but not that much,i check SF every 3-4 hours, nothing special.
