Yeah that is true. I just create my own basically but buying a customized theme or good professional one is good also.
I'm starting a Dubstep forum too, lol.
Currently getting a custom theme done for it, I'd suggest you do the same.
Putting the project on hold for a couple of months. That way I can make the theme myself, and sort a bunch of other stuff out first.
Just wondering, why UK Dubstep?
Make something that WOWs people. Like how dubstep makes you just feel great, make it sort of 3d looking. Add depth to the theme and instead of flat/bland make it very lively.

Dubstep isn't dark sort of music like heavy metal and emo.
I would disagree, dark colors are associated with dubstep. Usually black and a dark ocean blue or green. Orange as well sometimes. Dark colors don't always mean negative, or heavy metal or emo. It's how you use the colors...
I do like this theme though. I think it would suit a DJ/Dubstep/Music forum quite nice:
