Well, i've recently found a new blackberry while taking a crap at my brothers hockey arena. I'm 2 hours away from home, by car, and the guy lives 3 hours away from where my house is.
I understand it's none of my business, but i needed to find out who's it was, so i snooped some of his texts. He's a multi-millionaire, and he's the senior vice president of 'Law and General' What ever that is.
Ideas?
Should i keep it? Or do a good deed and return it?
If you had lost such a thing, wouldn't you want it to be returned? You might be compensated for such an act, and you would avoid any legal trouble that might follow keeping it.
I'm going to assume your tl;dr is , return it.
But yes, i've recently called the owner of the phone, and he's coming to pick it up tomorrow.
But the question still stands. What would you do?
Well I would return it of course, I wouldn't feel right just stealing the mans property.
You should return it, Because stealing is a crime.
If he is rich, return it and you might get some cash.
If you keep it, don't worry, he is rich and do not really care about it I guess.
Then tell some good IT friend to take down the tracking IP, dunno ig BP have those things.
I'd return it, don't fudge with rich people.
He probably has some real important things on there too, you know, meetings, contracts that stuff.
He'll probably award you for bringing it back too.
Maybe he has nuclear launch codes, check, just to make sure. Who knows.
If I found a blackberry I would have sold it, since I found tons of iPhones, iPods and other electronics.
if you lost it, nobody would bring it back to ya, right ?
