I've found this site that looks pretty legit. It is called "Cashle" and they offer up to a dollar for each person you refer from the US, UK, or CA. I have not gotten a payout yet, but a friend of mine did and got like 5 dollars if I recall correctly. If you don't live in the US, you can still get cash for your work. You just can't get prizes and stuff like that.

This is too bad, it doesn't work in my country. It asked for address according to the IP. I tried to cheat but they banned me.
