What brand of shakes are you drinking?

Syntha-6, the strawberry kind, not a big fan of banana.

I've gained about 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks, pretty good results considering it's muscle not fat.
Alright cool, I'll go for that brand as I have no idea what I am really looking for.

I started to drink protein shakes after workout some days ago. I'll continue doing that for now, but if i feel weird after some time, l'll make sure to return to this thread.

This is what i drink:
Protein shakes are very good for health and also for fitness. The best time for drinking protein shake is night time and the morning time. And after workout it is the best source of energy to take.
I've never tried protien shakes before i might try some, feeling weak since quite a good time.
And swat runs train thanks for the tips.
crap never knew that this could happen.And try drinking them after the workout only.I think its better
