The plug socket and plug needs worked on.
Also why is there a random bit of light at the top?

It's not going to be your ordinary plug socket & plug. It has to look different.

Instead of saying it's awful and that I should work on it, perhaps you could give some actual feedback??

What exactly is it that looks awful? Suggest ways of improving it?

Also, it is WIP (Work In Progress), meaning your advice "Work on it", isn't really advice.

Looks very time consuming to create then animate, but does look like much creativity was implied on the idea of it.
