I made this ages ago and decided to share it with you all.

Note: This software is not malicious at all.
When you use MSN, your contacts display pictures are automatically stored in a Temp file on your computer. This program simply displays the files in a viewable form, and allows you to save them as an image file, (Or set it as your Display Picture).
