Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion and Fallout 3
The Dragon Age series is also very good.
And I suppose WoW could go on there if you're counting online, although it's not as fun as it used to be. (Hence why I quit a while ago)
Fable II one of my favorite games to play. Love playing online thats the best part.
