You could try other browsers for the iPhone, there a wide selection of diferent ones.
Your just bad traffic. You are using a jailbroken one correct?
Make the address to say https://www.supportofrums.net
It might trick the protection to making it show as secure connection which might allow the access to SF Smile

I received that as well today but it didn't ask for a password or captcha.
I'm on a laptop, not a phone.
Recieved it once before same as you.
Passed through it with no issue.
How did you access the site now?
It's a security precaution made by Omniscient to prevent dangerous traffic. Jailbroken iPods may be listed "dangerous" according to the security precaution.
I got that once when I was using ubuntu.
