Notice how every game made after call of duty 4 sucks.

They better fix everything and revert to cod4 gameplay.

Also maybe they can make the characters different this time. Such as girls, or make it more high tech and put like vehicles in it and ETC.

It will bring more fans on COD.

Well said. Aside from Zombies, they've really ruined their franchise. Just because it's popular doesn't mean it's good. They really strayed away from the tactical aspect and went from the, "rush and kill everything in sight approach", which is cool for the 10 year old kid that loves slaughtering stuff, but gets old for us that know what a real game should play like.

And don't even get me started with their god awful bug testing/patching. So many holes in their software, it's pathetic...

I'll opt out of this game, and I haven't even read anything about it. I'll be buying BF: BC3 instead.

I honestly think MW3 will be as crap like MW2.

Call of Duty in its current state is not made to be the perfect game for "us that know what a real game should play like." Thanks to the way Activision as a publisher has evolved, their games are made to be the perfect game to sell.

If you want a modern war game, then Battlefield 3 is going to be the way to go.

I really hope that BC in the title was a typo. There is no Bad Company 3. However, there is Battlefield 3. If you have not play Battlefield 1942 or Battlefield 2, then you will be sorely disappointed with Battlefield 3 if you expect it to be like Bad Company 2.

I've never played COD4 but I've watched video's and it doesn't look that much different to MW2. Why do people think it's so much better?

I remember reading that Treyarch signed a contract agreeing to let Activision to make the next Call of Duty which would be Modern Warfare 3, i think they planned on bringing it out late this year or early next year, around late November or early January.

I think MW3 will kill the Call of Duty series. It is slowly dying, IMO.

A third Modern Warfare would be great. In my opinion, COD MW and MW2 have one of the best stories in gaming history except for Metal Gear Solid. Trust me, nothing beats MGS. It goes back to the old days...
