Probably good. More views and less clicks on ads = less of a chance of Google AdSense suspending you, implying you use it.

If you get them to view your site you get high on google get them to click your googleads to you get money

I wouldn't. Buy a website similar to your niche that already has some traffic.

I personally would buy traffic for a site i owned. Depends on if you would make profit from it though.
