Apparently it takes 30 minutes to optimize your VPS and 10 minutes to install apache. I remember apache taking 10 seconds via yum/apt-get

Well apparently, you gotta go to Start and All Programs first.
Have you tried going to Control Panel?
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Open notepad (Run as Administrator) and click 'Open...' (Make sure 'All Files' is selected.)
Make sure to show all files. Open host and add
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 practivate.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 ereg.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate.wip3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 wip3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 3dns-3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 3dns-2.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 adobe-dns.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 adobe-dns-2.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 adobe-dns-3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 ereg.wip3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate-sea.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 wwis-dubc1-vip60.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate-sjc0.adobe.com
Save as Host, make sure to have all files selected.
