Well I have a rsps site and I want to know what file I would modify to make another button title like these ones.

It really depends on the layout of the website itself. Are you using a certain script?

It looks to me like a MyBB Forum.
If so then your will need to visit your templates files. I think menu is located under "headerinclude".
But then again they look like images. So you will have to make a new image of it.
