Well, starting a Web Hosting Business is complicated. It's a business. It's not really supposed to be easy. And you can get into a lot of trouble if you don't do things legally. In the US you can be fined by your state, the IRS, and your personal assets be used as a basis for paying any debt/civil suit judgments.
