I agree, but clear cut rules need to be in place anyhow.

Okay, but say Sally wants to post her keylogger source to educate people in VB. If it's against the rules, then she wouldn't be posting it. That's why I think the rules need to be stated.

Okay, but does the rule, "7. No illegal posts involving fraud." refer to ALL illegal posts, or just those involving fraudulent activities.
