Do you think a scoutbox is a good idea? sure it would take the post count down a bit but it could be for people with like 100 or 200 or even 500 or sumat posts +

There's advantages and disadvantages to it, but i'm guessing Omniscient will probably not add it in. Access to it by post count could be a good idea though.
I'm extremely against shout boxes for forums.

It attracts activity away from the forum and onto the ChatBox.
Shoutboxes uses a lot of resources, you'll never see one on a large site.
