On HF I am a l33t with 1.1k posts. On SF I am a n00b who came here because omni had to update the DB and HF will be down for several hours and I have nothing to do.

BTW how do you get it? Do you PM staff or fill out a form or what?

You get Support Feather on HF after making 100HQ posts here then pming Omni on HF with your SF account name.
