I want to use it for a school project and I'm not about to blow $45 on it.

You can manually remove the images and such, but the best way would just find a way into the site's root directory.
Why rip? That's never good. Never steal other people's work. That's not a good idea.

Because I don't have time to design something on my own, plus it isn't a site making or template making class, so I don't get much marks for it.
