Is that the best vpn? (Free) I need a 100% free one that doesn't cut my speed TOO much.

well there a lot of other free vpn's out there that use the same range like hotspot shield etc,after being banned from swiftirc for a week i've been trying to bypass the range ban on most free vpn's but yet i've failed but luckily for you i found this vpn http://www.pdproxy.com/index.htm it's amazing quite similar to Proxpn but you can get premium.check it out
