This is an account than I don`t use anymore...
If you want it you could just choose the "recover gamertag" option and put the data. When somebody recover it, post than you recover it and change the password so if someone else see this thread doesn`t recover the gamertag again.

no sorry... but I think the account still has a lot of live time, like more than 2 months.
