Need help installing plugins into a 1.4 version of MyBB. I'm a noob and some help over team viewer would be greatly appreciated

No it's only the .php file included:

Upload the .php file to /forum directory/inc/plugins.
Then activate it in AdminCP.

First, extract it.

upload spoiler.php to public_html/inc/plugins (You can do this via FTP or a web panel of choice).

Once you've done so log into your forum's ACP. (http://yourforum.com/admin.php), then navigate to plugins (On the left). Activate it.
