Okay, I saw this YT video where you download the App from AppTrckr, open it in iTunes, then just sync your iTouch with iTunes and the cracked app will be on your iTouch, no JBing required...

Will this actually work? I'm getting my iTouch in a few weeks so atm I have no way to test this out.

No they probably just didn't tell you it was jail breaked.
