Try to clean your cookies & cache with CCleaner. After that use Google chrome OR Mozilla Firefox to visit the min.us website.
Inform us if it's working now.

I would personally try another browser. Google Chrome usually works great if you're having compatibility issues with Firefox, but that's just my own personal opinion on the matter.
