I have KPN. It is a Dutch ISP and I do not know if they also are abroad. A big advantage of KPN is it comes with a newsserver. I use it a lot for download various things. The speed is not good but good enough for me.

I have RDS (Romanian Data Systems)

I have Sky Broadband. 20 Meg Download Speeds

I am currently with Virgin media with there 10MB package. However I will be upgrading soon, at this moment of time it looks like I will be getting the 20mb package however if my finances are alright and I can afford it I will be going for the 50mb package.

Mine is GlobeLines Philippines ( just google it )

I rate mine 8/10 because they don't support too far out of town very well..
